I really appriate the comment, as I am a believer in rule#5 but I was really miserable on that ride, and I havent gotten my head right since. Need to get back to focusing on the fun factor and less on the results and the numbers. When I find that right ballance my head should come around. Knock on wood, so far so good this week!
