inside the top of both levers is a hole (its oval in shape). when I pulled both levers as I rode they would expose about the same amount of the hole and feel pretty similiar. the front would be a bit stronger and have to pull less. but now since they did that work on my bike I see the oval hole quite a bit more and now have to pull my brake lever much more than I did just the day prior. i just need to know how to tighten the lever. I know you are just trying to help, but trust me the situation you note is not the issue. it should not feel loose and should not have to pull back quite a bit even riding at 5 mph.
