Its one of those things that some people may not find humrous if there not there in the moment. The small penis isnt really a inside joke.......around here we call them penis extension's, fast car small penis!

Anyhow, I personally find it arrogant when you complement someone on something they have or do and you answer "I know", espically when its a talent you have or something you have worked hard to obtain. Its not really a sign of approval, but more of admiration.
