I'm going to try out paraffin lubing, partly because I like having a sparkling clean chain.

In preparation, I've agitated the chain in a jar of SG citrus, I'll leave it overnight and then agitate it through a few cycles of water.

I'll dry it with a cloth, then place it in the melted paraffin wax and agitate it.

Will that work, or do I need to do more to remove the water that will be inside the chain?
