I typically wear an 11.5 in athletic shoes and a 12 or 46 in dress shoes. My Lake MX170(W) MTB shoes are 46. I ordered the 46 in the Exustars and they're comfortable with room for those long, hot days in the saddle when my feet will swell a bit.
