Help identify a Raleigh

Hello

Please help me identify this Raleigh.

The seller currently wants 180 CAD for it. He said he had it “for a couple of weeks” and doesn’t seem to know too much about bikes (and unfortunately, neither do i)

He’s too lazy to look up the serial number at the moment and told me to just come by and look at it myself. The stickers other than "Raleigh" are not original to the bike and someone just put something on them. The grainy phone photo doesn’t make identification any easier. *To me it looks like it says "tim hortons" on the top bar, which is a mass coffee/donut franchise in Canada.

It’s an 18 speed with Shimano bits (not specified further)

He claims the bike has been recently "tuned up" and "rides perfectly"

This is my first bike purchase ever, I have always used the “family” bike to ride occasionally but now decided to get my own. I have already avoided the “mass-chain department store” purchase, but a new bike at an LBS is way out of my price-range.

My main concern is whether this is a low-end model that he’s flipping (for whatever reason) and whether it’s worth the 180.

Thank you in Advance,

Gooshin
