It's still hard to draw the line.
I saw a girl with a cruiser with handgrips worn away, and pushed from the edge. I explained that without them, the end of the handlebar is like a round knife. I don't think she appreciated it.
Saw someone with their helmet way back on his head. I think I said something.
When I see a parent with no helmet riding with a helmeted kid, I resist saying "Good luck getting your kid to wear a helmet when she's older."
