any Wear and Tear . on the used bike .

God or lesser is often the Local Shop's work in setting it up from the shipping Carton in the 1st Place..
after that it's a name painted on a Frame , and the parts screwed onto it .

Its bought Used so no First Owner's Warrantee.. that's the normal situation..
