What? If the frame is steel or Ti, and the flexing is all below the fatigue limit, there won't be a problem. Even aluminum frames, with no finite fatigue limit are usually so overdesigned that you won't have a problem. My guess is most composite frames are similarly overdesigned.
i disagree - flexing means you're putting energy into material deflection and that's wasted. Long term sub-yield stresses can still result in a fatigue failure.
