Bikes: 89 Centurion Carbon, 91 Peugeot Izoard, 90s Giant Cadex 980c

From my dodgy calipers, its either 27.0mm or 27.2mm. I dont have the correct tool for the seat clamp bolt, so I cant really remove it.
