There are specialized seat clamps that combine a seat clamp with two additional threaded bosses specifically for rack mounting. Sizes are available for most seat post sizes and cost is less than $10. Buy one and use any rack you want. We use them in the shop all the time when there's interference issues with the brakes and the upper rack mounts.
