Can anyone teach me how to adjust the brake lever reach for the Magura HS66 hydraulic brake levers (Cannondale T1000)?

The brake levers are a bit far away from my short fingers' reach and cause discomfort especially downhill.

Also they feel kind of loose for lack of a technical word. From my research, it may require a bleed but that's another worry for another time.

Right now, I just want to bring the levers closer.
