Bikes: Catrike 559 I own some others but they don't get ridden very much.

How thinly can you slice the baloney?

Shimano makes 5 road component groups. They all do the same thing so it's about smoothness and crispness. I have to move up or down 2 component groups before I feel like I can sense a difference.
