Bikes: 99 Klein Quantum, 2012 Cannondale CAAD10 5, Specialized Tarmac Comp, Foundry Thresher, Fuji Sportif

I always need a long warm up. I make sure I ride to the start of every group ride. The long way if need be. I'm dead the first 10-12 miles.
