Bingo! I've run both Campy 10-speed shifters with a Shimano 10-speed cassette and Shimano rear derailleur and Shimano 10-speed shifters with a Campy 10-speed cassette and Campy rear derailleur using the appropriate Shiftmate. Both setups shift perfectly with no compromises.
