Why would you want a touring bike and a racing bike to "feel the same"? They're different bikes for different purposes, made with different tubing at different geometry, with different fit, and different tires. You paid for them to feel different, and now you appear to be complaining that your bikes are performing exactly as intended.
Sell one of the bikes, ride it a lot, and find something more significant to worry about.
