Thank you Wilfred, I'll take them to my LBS and let him handle it; I'll just tell him to keep the spoke tension lower than what he usually dials-in since the rims (Alex R-1000 silver anodized alloys) don't really seem up to par and probably won't be able to handle excessive tension.

BTW, has anyone ever worked with these rims, since I can't find anything on them over the net?
