I've had this extra set of 28" wheels in the basement for a while just in case an old Pierce turned up and sure enough, here it is. At least the guy claims it's a Pierce. The 28s fit anyway and that's really all I care about. Headbadge rivets are in more or less the right place, early style dropouts, pain in the patukas front dropouts (or pryouts or whatever), tiny seatpost, 45 degree headtube angle (maybe I'm exaggerating). I hope a standard 1 piece crank will fit. I know it should have singletube tires but I've got British clinchers and that's what we're rolling with.
There'll be more better pictures and a better wright up when I can get to it. That might be a while, we're moving next month. Here's the seller's pics;




Ok, had to check. Quicky work with a bevel gauge and a protractor says 67 degree headtube.
