I would watch the CF-laminate on the aluminum chain stays closely.
not forgetting the 7005 alloy, is notably containing Zinc, sometimees a C-Zn battery is useful
in this case I'd want an insulating fiberglass layer over the carbon-cloth within contact of the metal..
