Why ride anything but a 50's cruiser? Cycling is all about what you
want to do, not about needs. Come on, you've never thought of doing something off the beaten path for the sake of doing it? I have a 49 tooth chainring in my spare parts shelf from an experiment with half-step + granny gearing configuration.
C'mon Brian, there's some pretty low hanging fruit here.
Low hanging fruit is for the first person there. All the other comments are just sloppy seconds and it just starts sounding mean after a while.
