Just make sure you have ablock running, as the streaming sites it links can have some malicious adverts.
The resolution is good enough to watch full screen, also the giro organisation upload the entire day's live feed up online after the stage.
Or just be sure that you don't click on anything that comes up in the way of the screen. Just go to full screen right away and ignore that. It won't be in the way once it's full screen.
