Yes, that it is a mid-1970s Sekine SHS. I can determine the exact year via the serial number. Unfortunately, it has been converted to stem shifters. The stem is also dangerously high and just about ready to pop out. You're fortunate that you have not had an accident. In T.O. that bicycle should sell for around $300.
Thank you T-Mar. I will be picking it up tomorrow, seller says it is 1975/76. Shifters caught my attention as well - I will likely put them back in proper place. Not sure if I will keep it - single speed guy here but always wanted to try Sekine with multispeeds and this one looks to be in good shape. I am buying Supercycle Twenty from them (rebadged Raleigh) and this one was for sale as well so I figured I'll pick it up.
