Hi y'all

I'll be in Las Vegas from June 1 to June 7 and I'm planning to rent a road bike. I'll have time for a long ride Sunday afternoon and evening with opportunities to steal away for 3 hours or so here and there Monday through Thursday. I'll be staying a the MGM Grand. I've check the routes on bikinglasvegas.com, but frankly, there are hundreds of routes posted there. I would love it if someone could recommend the best route to Hoover Dam and back and maybe a 2h loop or two from the strip. If there are any other routes you highly recommend, please share.
