seen this catalog/pricelist on Bulgier's site? It's the only info I'm aware of, and no mention of a "Turbo" model...

According to this, the frames were made with Columbus Cromor, SL, SLX or Oria ML25.
Based on the amount of chrome on your, I'd say SL or SLX and you should be able to tell if SLX by looking at the tubing butts in the BB shell for rifling.
