Since many of you may or may not have the same coach, or another coach, here's the PSA...

Listen to your coach.

I'm frankly tired of hearing stressed out coaches talk about clients who are adding to the plan and wondering why things aren't working.

Despite any reservations about the run in to this weekend I podiumed, checked the chart this morning, and was pretty awed by the fact that the numbers spoke obvious to my potential for success.

I may start issuing infractions for folks who don't comply with their training plans. Coaches please contact me for info.
