OK to replace 110mm square tapered axel with 113m square tapered axle?

I have a 1995 (or around there) specialized rockhopper. I need to replace its cartridge bottom bracket. It says 110mm on the axle. I can find a compatible bb locally, but the axle is 113mm. Is this OK to use?
