Worst case, it's a 3mm difference, but if both are symmetrical then it's only 1.5mm. Either way it's probably OK, but 3mm added to the right may cause a chainline or FD reach issue.

Some cartridge systems can be installed backward, so it might be possible to have most of the difference on the left where it won't matter as much.

Off the cuff, if you can find a 109mm unit, that would probably be a better match.
