Training while traveling 4 days a week, every week.
I travel every week, Monday through Thursday... I'm trying to see if I can rent the same bike I own (Felt z85) at my work location, but not sure if it's going to work out.
Does anyone have any training/nutrition advice for someone in my position?
- I live out of a hotel 3 nights a week, so I can't really prep my own meals.
- I have a membership to a decently equipped gym.
