Is this fork identifiable

Hi

I have a steel fork I was told came off a an 80s Guerciotti (NFI other than columbus tubing decals were on blades when I got it). I have never given its origins much thought but noticed recently that the markings on it are different than other Guerciotti forks I have seen, which made me curious. So I thought I'd post a couple of pics to see whether I could learn anything. Pic 1 is a shot of a guerciotti crown I typically see, note lug shape and G logo inside the star, both of which are common on steel Guerciottis. The second and third pics are the fork I have, with small star above the large G (rather than G inside star) and different shape lug than is typical. The 4th shot is a mid 80s Guerciotti cyclocross fork with similar shape lug to my fork (I obviously don't have the brake bosses). Do shape of lug and marking on crown suggest anything about fork origins to anyone ( a long shot, I know)?
