Your BB is an external bearing type either MegaEXO or Shimano (it will say on the cups). Either way, installing a Shimano Hollowtech II crank is not a big deal. You'll need to lower the FD and, most likely, tweek the limits and cable tension. Chain length should balance out between the smaller big ring and larger big cog but check to make sure.
