This stuff is absolute BS. There is no evidence whatsoever that any tabs which claim to be leptin tabs are in fact leptin or do in fact operate like leptin. And, you have plenty of leptin, the issue is leptin resistance, not how much leptin you have. Also, leptin is digestible so it makes no sense to take it in pill form, you will just digest it, rather than absorb it. If you want to take a supplement, take some fiber.

doc lady says i have to be careful about mixing homeo/naturo-pathic stuff with the scrip stuff i already take. she's not against it, just not cross-trained.

to count calories i need a gram scale, and not one of those little balance ones that fit in your hand. dude. i got myself going and can't breathe...
Doctors often are not assertive enough. You doctor must know that homeopathic remedies are totally unscientific and cannot work as there are no active ingredients. As far as other types of remedies like herbal remedies, the answer is more muddy but currently there is no scientific evidence that any "natural" pills will help with weight loss. You are better off doing things that are shown to help with leptin resistance. Specifically, stay away from the sugar, get that blood sugar in control.
