I managed to do almost that, somehow, in a RR this season, when an airborne bike took down the guy ahead of me. Difference is that I
did run over his head. I broke spokes and locked up the wheel, but stayed upright. I came running back to the guy, asking (well, screaming it) if he was okay:
Me: I ran over your head!
Him: I noticed
