From what I can see in the pics and the parts build, it could very well be an 82 model. The fact that it's lugged is a sign it could be an 83 or a very late 82, as the first models were tig welded. I sold an 83 in gigantor size (23") and all original near museum condition for $700 3 years ago. 82's and 83's definitely fit into the collectible category!
