Monday: Squats, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Calf Raise, 20 min walk
Tuesday: Stationary Bike, 1 hour
Wednesday: Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, Curls, Tricep Ext, 20 minute walk
Thursday: Nothing (work then traveling)
Friday: 8 mile bike ride
Saturday: Deadlift, Overhead Press, Chin-ups, Rows, 20 minute walk
Sunday: 5 mile bike ride
I should be able to do this while traveling.
