tange makes a 1" threadless chromed road fork with a 300 mm steerer (cut it down to size) that qbp sells as part number FK 2483. It's currently out of stock, but when it's back in any decent shop should be able to order it for you and should charge you 50-55 bucks unless they're mean about it.
