@hamster, I completely missed that; makes almost too much sense.
@lsberrios: I am looking for general fitness, with a bias towards cycling. Once I'm in better general shape, I can revise the routine and focus more on getting faster and better.
Revised schedule:
Monday: Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, Curls, Tricep Ext, 20 min stationary - low intensity
Tuesday: Stationary Bike, 1 hour
Wednesday: Squats, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Calf Raise, 20 min walk
Thursday: Nothing (work then traveling)
Friday: 8 mile bike ride
Saturday: Deadlift, Overhead Press, Chin-ups, Rows, 20 minute stationary - low intensity
Sunday: 5 mile bike ride
