By the amount of "fumes" that I release, protein is definitely not in short supply
I have been playing with eating more veggies, especially ones higher in fiber, and noticed that I feel fuller when I eat more of those. I might supplement with fiber to help that out as well. But thanks for the tip, at least I was thinking in the right direction!
