Thursday PM I snapped my rear derailleur cable. Friday it was replaced. Now she shifts easily and smoothly. Took me a little while to get used to it. New brake pads, too.

Had one suicidal squirrel incident this morning. The little guy ran out from the trees in front of me, froze, thought better of it, did a 180 and bolted back into the trees. All this in the timespan of about 1 second.

Summer is hanging on around here. Temperatures supposed to be in the high 80s this week.
