My first post but I just thought I would mention that regardless of the bike you buy there is a good chance that you will need to do some maintanence every so often on it. A rubbing brake can be pretty standard, especially when driving over bumpy city streets. They ae generally very easy to adjust and most likely your walmart bike was just never adjusted properly to begin with. So make sure you buy a few common bike tools such as a set of allen keys and a phillips head screw driver and maybe a book on bike maintanence.
