Yes, that's the biggest shortcoming of GC. You can do it with laps, but that has to be done during ride -- you can't evaluate segments after the fact.

The goals feature is perfect for training for a century, and is quite motivating.



The interface could be better (e.g. you can't view past, present, and future goals on the same page, and why is a completed goal yellow instead of green?), but it works and it's free.
