Bikes: 2011 Felt Z85 (road/commuter), 2006 Marin Pine Mountain (utility/commuter E-bike), 1995 KHS Alite 1000 (gravel grinder)

I'm talking about while I'm commuting on my road bike with SPD pedals, cleats, and shoes. I need some way to keep the feet and inside of the shoes/socks dry.
