2. As previously noted, the Campagnolo components are Triomphe.
3. The Camapgnolo Triomphe rear derailleur was a fair performing component for its day. It did not perform as well as the Japnese derailleurs in its class.
4. Miyata did not make a Triomphe equipped model. The closest Miyata model, based on price, would have been the the 912 with the better performing Shimano New 600EX. The same geometry and construction was employed for both frames, though the 912 used chromium-molybdenum for the forks and stays while the Univega used carbon-manganese.
