It looks like a classic old track frame. How much do you want it? How much would the current owner ask for it to let it go? These are the 'million dollar' questions. The owner could want anything from $20 to $500.
Personally I would offer $80 just to see what he says. I would know how much I could actually afford and what I would be prepared to pay. But that's me. You might think it's worth a little less or a little more. The trick is to open up negotiations with a price the owner is willing to consider.
