If the Pista was a no-go, I planned on experimenting with a road bike, more specifically an Allez Comp or a Via Nirone7 2300. But before I take the plunge, are there any suggestions for a new SS (I don't have the expertise to build one up) with a classic-looking aluminum or lugged frame in the $800-$900 range? (Tried to be as specific as possible )
