The Traveler pictured above is a 1983 and it weights 5 lb 8 ounces. I did have 56cm 1988-90 Traveler that weighted only 4 lb 15 ounces. I think it was Tenax tubing. I sold it in a moment of weakness. Maybe it was the two Circuit's I had that made me do it. A friend still has one of the Circuit's. I think Schwinn as it was making the change to aluminum used what they had to get them out the door,
