Ah crap I forgot about that part! the rack mounting works like the standard mount points but without the extra mount for the seat post it'll be hard to get a good leverage to drag it around. Unless you can find a bike shop that can drill and thread some mount holes I'm not too sure what else you can do for a handle. Something like this:
