Good point. I don't think we could cheat the laws of thermodynamics and actually gain energy from nowhere, but we could manufacture stiff-bladed tassels out of strips of carbon fiber. They might be lighter that way too. We could sell these things for $95 a pair, call them "turbulence dispersion fans"
