I have the SLR Gel Flow. I need the cutout. Without it my reproductive equipment numbs in about 10 miles. I find the saddle to be pretty comfortable. The only saddles I've tried that are more comfortable for me are the larger and heavier Selle Italia Gel Flows. Certainly, it is the most comfortable sub 200 gram saddle I've ever ridden. That doesn't mean you will like it, however.
