Semi sloping crown, drilled fork blade tangs, dropouts without eyelets... definitely a 'racing' fork (as opposed to Touring).

Did you obtain the fork only, or did it come off a frame? If not, I would say it's a stock aftermarket fork for replacement use based on the full chrome treatment.

I like the crown, though...
