9. I hate how CO has a large populace of bikers, but not a road structure that supports them, why have a road with no shoulder and give cars and bikes the same right of way? Then make it illegal to use the sidewalk? Our politicians are mentally deficient at best. At least leave a two foot bike lane where any said biking activities don't scare the poop out of the drivers.
